Our products are live with heavy hitters like Polymarket, Trust Wallet, Brave Browser, and many others to make crypto simpler. We have onboarded 2M+ users across 150+ countries to Web3 and handle 100s of thousands of transactions per month.

We're looking to bring on a Senior React Developer who writes clean, maintainable code and is obsessed with user experience and performance. You will own features end-to-end, improve our front-end stack, and collaborate closely with backend and design teams.

What you will do

Front-End Development

• Build Modern React Apps: Build and maintain high-performance React applications using TypeScript and Vite.
• Complex UI Flows: Implement complex UI/UX flows with a strong focus on accessibility and usability.
• Pixel-Perfect Implementation: Work closely with designers to deliver exact, polished interfaces.

Code Quality & Architecture

• Code Reviews: Review PRs, enforcing our high standards.
• Performance Optimisation: Optimise rendering, bundle size, caching, and API usage for speed and efficiency.
• Architecture & Design Systems: Contribute to front-end architecture decisions, design systems, and scalable component patterns.

About you

Professional Experience

• 5+ years in front-end development: You have deep experience building customer-facing front-end applications at scale.
• React & TypeScript Specialist: A strong command of React, TypeScript, modern tooling, and front-end best practices.
• Timezone: You’re based in the GMT/CET/CEST timezone.

Domain & Technical Knowledge

• Performance Expertise: Strong skills in debugging, performance profiling, and optimisation strategies.
• APIs & State Management: Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and state management libraries (e.g., Zustand).
• Git & CI/CD: Comfortable with Git workflows and CI/CD-based deployments.

Skills & Competencies

• Design Sensibility: Strong eye for UI/UX quality and attention to detail.
• Fluent level English: Able to communicate easily both verbally and in text with your colleagues.

The "Unicorn" Traits (Bonus Points)

• Crypto / Payments Experience: Understanding of wallets, on/off-ramps, the crypto ecosystem, or payment flows.
• Strong GitHub Profile: Open-source contributions or personal projects demonstrating mastery.
