Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Lavish Capital Limited ("Lavish Capital", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of Hired3, uses cookies and similar technologies on Hired3. It should be read with our Privacy Policy. We do not use advertising cookies or sell information collected through these technologies.

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files a website places on your browser. Local storage keeps information on your device until it is removed, while session storage normally lasts for the browser tab or session. Pixels, scripts, request logs, and software-development tools can perform similar functions. Laws that regulate cookies often apply to these similar technologies too.

2. Your analytics choice

Essential technologies operate because they are needed to provide a service you request, secure Hired3, or remember a choice you make. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights load only after you choose "Accept all" or otherwise provide consent through our cookie banner. Refusing analytics does not prevent you from using core Hired3 features.

3. Essential and requested cookies

• access_token — authenticates a signed-in user and protects private account features. It is HTTP-only, uses SameSite=Lax, is Secure in production, and expires after about 15 minutes.
• h3_[provider]_[state/redirect/mode] and h3_[provider]_link_[state/redirect] — temporary HTTP-only cookies used to secure and complete a Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn sign-in or account-linking request. They expire after about 10 minutes and are cleared when the flow completes.
• h3_link_email — temporarily stores the verified email address used to complete an email account-linking request. It is HTTP-only, uses SameSite=Lax, is Secure in production, expires after about 10 minutes, and is cleared when verification completes.

Disabling the authentication or temporary OAuth cookies may prevent sign-in, linked-account, billing, saved application, Navigator, Radar, and other account features from working correctly.

4. Essential and functional browser storage

Hired3 uses local storage for the following functions:

• cookie_consent records "accepted" or "rejected" so we can apply your analytics choice.
• h3_announcement_bar_dismissed remembers the announcement-bar dismissal in the browser.
• newsletter_banner_hidden and newsletter_subscribed remember newsletter-banner interactions.
• h3_intent remembers whether you are using Hired3 primarily to seek work or hire.
• h3_selected_subscription_plan preserves a plan choice while you sign in and begin checkout.
• Company-list views, mobile-menu state, pending job edits, and other interface choices remember how you configured the site.
• Short-lived market, statistics, and other public-data caches reduce repeated requests and improve performance.

These local-storage entries remain until Hired3 removes them, they are replaced, or you clear site data in your browser. Preference entries do not track you across unrelated websites.

5. Session storage

Hired3 uses session storage, which normally clears when the tab or browser session closes, for:

• temporary authentication-state and request caching;
• job-list data, activity data, search-tab choices, and performance-related caches;
• unfinished job-post drafts, including role and application-method fields;
• checkout session references and one-time payment-status messages; and
• other temporary interface state needed to complete a request or prevent duplicate notices.

6. Consent-based analytics and performance tools

If you accept analytics, Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights receive limited request, device, page, referral, approximate location, usage, and performance information to help us understand aggregate use, diagnose slow pages, and improve reliability. These tools are not loaded by Hired3 before consent. They are not used by us for advertising or cross-site behavioural profiles. Vercel processes information under its own retention and security controls as our service provider.

7. Server-side logs

Our servers and infrastructure providers create security, access, rate-limit, error, and operational logs when you make requests. These logs are not cookies and do not require browser storage, but they can include IP address, timestamp, endpoint, device or browser information, and account or event identifiers. We use them to deliver and secure the Service, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, and meet legal obligations as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. How to control or delete technologies

• Use the Cookie preferences control above at any time to allow analytics or switch back to essential technologies only. Your new choice applies immediately in this browser.
• Your browser can block or delete cookies and clear Hired3's local and session storage. Browser help pages explain how to manage site data.
• Privacy-focused browser settings or extensions may send opt-out signals. We do not sell, share for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use targeted advertising, so those signals do not change those activities.

Withdrawing consent stops future consent-based analytics on Hired3 but does not affect processing that occurred while consent was valid. Clearing all site data also removes your saved analytics choice, so the consent banner will be shown again. Blocking essential technologies may cause requested features to fail.

9. Changes and contact
