Terms of Service

Effective date: July 20, 2026 · Last updated: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Lavish Capital Limited ("Lavish Capital", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of Hired3. They govern your access to Hired3's websites, accounts, job marketplace, applications, company and candidate profiles, talent pool, Navigator, Radar, subscriptions, content, and related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, buying a subscription, posting content, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use Hired3

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits us from providing it to you. The Service is offered from the United Kingdom, but local mandatory laws may give you additional rights that these Terms do not limit.

2. What Hired3 does

Hired3 helps candidates discover and apply for Web3 and crypto roles and helps organisations publish roles and manage candidates. We also provide editorial and market content, candidate and company profiles, saved jobs, the talent pool, AI-assisted Navigator tools, and Radar's discovery of jobs from public company and applicant-tracking-system sources.

Hired3 is a technology platform, not an employer, recruitment agency, employment agency, representative, partner, fiduciary, or agent of any candidate or hiring organisation unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We do not control and are not responsible for interviews, employment decisions, workplace conduct, background checks, immigration matters, compensation, or agreements between users.

3. Accounts and authentication

  • Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
  • You may sign in by email passcode, supported OAuth provider, or supported wallet-signature method.
  • You are responsible for your email account, wallet, devices, sessions, and all activity under your account.
  • Notify support@hired3.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Do not share access, impersonate anyone, create accounts deceptively, or evade a suspension.

4. Candidate responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your profile, CV, links, application answers, and other materials. Evaluate every role and organisation independently before applying, interviewing, transferring assets, signing documents, or disclosing sensitive information. Never send private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or funds in response to a listing or message.

Do not include health information or other special-category or criminal-offence information in a CV, application, profile, Navigator prompt, or attachment unless a Hired3 form expressly requests it and presents a separate consent or other lawful collection notice. The current forms are not designed to collect that information. See our Privacy Policy for the applicable conditions and safeguards.

When you apply through Hired3, the relevant employer receives your submitted application materials and may use them for its recruitment process. If you apply through an external link or email address, that process is operated by the employer or its provider and is subject to their terms and privacy practices.

5. Employer responsibilities

Employers and anyone posting or managing roles must:

  • have authority to represent the named organisation and offer the advertised opportunity;
  • provide complete, accurate, lawful, and non-misleading role, company, location, and compensation information;
  • comply with employment, equality, labour, immigration, advertising, sanctions, consumer, and privacy laws wherever a role is offered;
  • use candidate data only for legitimate recruitment purposes, keep it secure, honour applicable privacy rights, and delete it when no longer needed;
  • not charge candidates, request crypto transfers, promote unlawful schemes, or seek unnecessary sensitive information; and
  • ensure external application links, email addresses, logos, and other materials are secure and authorised.

An employer that receives candidate information acts as an independent controller or business for its own handling of that information. Employers must provide any notice and obtain any permission required by law.

6. Listings, public content, and third-party services

Listings and company pages may be publicly visible and indexed by search engines. We may review new posts and edits and may approve, reject, label, rank, pause, or remove content to enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect users. Verification or moderation is not an endorsement or guarantee.

Radar and some listings link to information made available by employers and third-party applicant-tracking systems. Third-party sites and services are controlled by their operators. We do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, security, legality, or continued operation, and their terms apply when you use them.

The main listing-ranking factors are match to the user's search and filters, listing status and relevance, freshness, and paid placement tier. Pinned listings may appear above other relevant results, and Highlighted listings may receive enhanced styling and higher placement than Standard listings, as disclosed on the pricing page. User-selected filters and sorting can change the order. We do not use a candidate's sensitive information to rank jobs. Contact us if you are a business user and need more information about a ranking or moderation decision affecting you.

7. Navigator and AI-generated output

Navigator uses artificial intelligence to provide career and hiring assistance. Prompts, selected Hired3 context, and attachments are sent to our AI service provider to generate a response. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. Review and verify it before use. Do not rely on Navigator for legal, financial, tax, immigration, medical, safety-critical, or other professional advice or automated employment decisions.

Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, personal data you lack permission to use, malware, or content that violates another person's rights. You remain responsible for decisions and materials produced with AI assistance.

8. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not help anyone to:

  • break any law or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
  • post scams, spam, discriminatory or deceptive content, malware, or content that facilitates fraud or harm;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk export, republish, or create a competing dataset from the Service without written permission, except as applicable law expressly permits;
  • probe or bypass security, rate limits, access controls, moderation, feature restrictions, or subscription limits;
  • reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law;
  • access another user's account, private application, CV, chat, or personal information without authorisation; or
  • use the Service or its output to make unlawful discriminatory employment decisions.

9. Your content and our intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Lavish Capital a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, moderate, promote, and improve the Service. For public content, this licence continues until the content is removed from our active systems, subject to reasonable technical, legal, and backup retention. You confirm that you have all rights needed to grant this licence.

Hired3's software, design, branding, compilation, and original editorial content are owned by Lavish Capital or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but we are not required to use it.

10. Subscriptions, renewals, and payment

  • Paid individual and company plans, prices, billing intervals, taxes, quotas, and included features are shown before checkout.
  • Stripe processes payments. We do not receive your complete payment-card number.
  • Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled, and you authorise the recurring charge.
  • You can cancel through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then.
  • We may change future prices or plan features with reasonable advance notice where required. You may cancel before a change takes effect.
  • Late, failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in restricted access, suspension, or cancellation.

Except where the checkout terms say otherwise, fees already charged are not refundable or creditable for a partially used billing period. This does not limit mandatory refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other consumer rights. If you are a UK or EEA consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. If you request immediate access during that period, the refund may be reduced by the lawful value of services already supplied. Contact legal@hired3.com to exercise a statutory cancellation right. Users elsewhere retain any non-waivable local rights.

11. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using Hired3 at any time, cancel paid subscriptions through the billing portal, and request account deletion through Settings. Deleting an account also initiates cancellation of connected Hired3 subscriptions and removal of account content and uploads from active Hired3 systems, subject to legal, security, dispute, provider, and backup retention described in our Privacy Policy.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access or remove content if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, failed to pay, created risk or legal exposure, or if required by law. Where appropriate and legally required, we will explain the decision and provide a way to contest it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

12. Illegal-content protection, reports, complaints, and appeals

We take proportionate steps designed to prevent users encountering illegal content and to reduce the risk that Hired3 is used to commit or facilitate an offence. New Hired3-hosted job listings are held from public display for human moderation, and certain significant listing edits are reviewed before replacing approved content. We also use account controls, restricted application-file access, these content rules, human review of reports, and removal and suspension tools. Radar results and other content drawn from public third-party sources may be disabled or removed when we become aware that they are illegal or prohibited.

When we become aware of suspected illegal content, we assess the available context and act proportionately. Where we have reasonable grounds to consider content illegal or prohibited, we may promptly restrict or remove it, minimise the time it remains accessible, limit its recommendation or discovery, reject a pending listing, warn or suspend the responsible user, preserve evidence, and notify an appropriate authority where required. Reports involving imminent danger, terrorism, child sexual exploitation or abuse, trafficking, or credible fraud are prioritised. We consider users' privacy and freedom of expression when making these decisions.

How anyone can report

You do not need an account to report suspected scams, illegal content, rights violations, unsafe listings, or search results. Email legal@hired3.com or use our contact form. Include the content URL or identifier, the account or company involved, why you believe it is illegal or unsafe, the country affected, and any supporting information you can lawfully share. Do not download, copy, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material. For immediate danger, contact the emergency services or police first.

Complaints and appeals

You may use the same channels to complain if you believe:

  • we did not act, or did not act adequately, on illegal content or a safety report;
  • content you submitted was wrongly rejected, restricted, or removed;
  • your account or access was wrongly restricted, suspended, or terminated;
  • a safety measure or moderation decision interfered improperly with privacy or freedom of expression; or
  • Hired3 is not complying with an applicable online-safety duty.

Identify the original report or decision and explain the outcome you seek. We log the complaint, assess any immediate safety issue, review the relevant content and context, and may ask for information reasonably needed to decide it. Where practicable, a person not responsible for the original decision reviews an appeal. We will communicate the outcome and reasons unless doing so would be unlawful, unsafe, or compromise an investigation. If we reverse a decision, we will restore content or access where technically possible and appropriate. Using this process in good faith will not result in retaliation. Nothing here removes a complaint, court, regulator, or out-of-court dispute right available under applicable law.

Contact points

Recipients of the Service may communicate directly with us through our contact form, at support@hired3.com for general Service matters, or at legal@hired3.com for legal, safety, and moderation matters. These channels are monitored by our personnel and do not rely solely on automated tools.

For the purposes of Article 11 of the EU Digital Services Act, the single point of contact for EU Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services is legal@hired3.com. Communications to this regulatory point of contact may be made in English. The contact channels above are also our electronic points of contact for recipients of the Service under Article 12 of that Act.

13. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will provide notice where a change materially reduces a paid Service or where law requires it. Beta, preview, or "soon" features may change or never launch. We do not guarantee continuous availability, particular search placement, applicant volume, job availability, hiring results, AI output, or data from third-party sources.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Lavish Capital disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant that content is accurate, that users are genuine, that listings are safe or lawful, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, Lavish Capital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lavish Capital's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the affected Service during that period or (b) £100. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and only to the extent they are fair and enforceable under applicable law. They do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

16. Business-user indemnity

If you use Hired3 for a business or to post or manage roles, you will indemnify Lavish Capital and its personnel against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your listings, your handling of candidate data, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights. This section does not apply to consumers acting wholly outside a trade or profession.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in any court available under those laws. If you are a business, the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact legal@hired3.com so we can try to resolve it informally. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using a statutory dispute process.

18. General

These Terms and the policies incorporated into them are the entire agreement about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law. No third party has a right to enforce these Terms.

19. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or risk. We will change the date above and, where required, give advance notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. If you continue using the Service after they take effect, you accept the revised Terms.

Questions, legal notices, and moderation reports may be sent to Lavish Capital Limited at legal@hired3.com. General support requests may be sent to support@hired3.com.
