These terms explain how to use Hired3 in a fair and safe way. Please read them. When you use Hired3, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Hired3 is a job board for Web3 and crypto roles. We focus on clarity, trust, and useful tools. Our team has hiring and product experience. We write simple guidance and review posts to protect users.
Accounts & access
- You must be able to enter into a contract.
- Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. We may use passwordless sign in to authenticate you.
- We may suspend or end access for misuse or violations.
Acceptable use
- Do not post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
- No scraping, spamming, or interfering with the Service.
- Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.
Job posts and applications
- Employers are responsible for accuracy and legality of postings, including pay and location.
- Candidates should evaluate roles independently. We do not guarantee outcomes or employment.
Moderation and enforcement
We may reject or remove job posts that break these terms or our guidelines. We may also hide a company from discovery if its content or behavior is inappropriate, misleading, or unsafe. We may do this without notice to protect users.
Payments
If you buy paid features, you agree to the price shown at checkout. Fees are not refundable unless the law requires a refund or we say otherwise in writing.
Content & IP
You keep rights to the content you submit. You give us a limited license to host and display it so we can run Hired3. Our brand and site content are protected. Please do not use them without permission.
Disclaimers
We provide Hired3 as is. We do not promise job availability, hiring outcomes, or perfect uptime. We work hard to keep things running and safe.
Limitation of liability
As allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or special damages, like lost profits or data. Some places do not allow these limits. If that applies, our liability will be the minimum allowed by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws where we operate. Disputes will be handled in those courts unless the law says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as Hired3 changes. When we post new terms and you keep using Hired3, you accept the updates.
