These terms govern your use of Hired3, a Web3 and crypto jobs platform for candidates and hiring teams. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Hired3 for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Service overview
Hired3 lets employers post roles, manage applications, and update listings. Candidates can browse jobs, save roles, and apply directly on Hired3 or via external application links or emails provided by employers. We also provide profiles, alerts, and hiring tools to make Web3 hiring clearer and safer.
Eligibility and account security
- You must be able to enter into a binding contract where you live.
- We use passwordless sign in via a one time passcode sent to your email.
- Keep your account secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or put other users at risk.
Employer responsibilities
- Post accurate role details, including title, company, location, work mode, experience, and compensation where applicable.
- Choose an application method: internal (apply on Hired3), external link, or email. You are responsible for the security of any external process.
- Do not request payments, crypto transfers, or sensitive personal data from candidates.
- Comply with employment, advertising, and privacy laws for every location where your role is offered.
Candidate responsibilities
- Provide accurate application details, including your email address and any resume or cover letter you upload.
- Evaluate roles independently and conduct your own due diligence before sharing sensitive information.
- Do not upload malicious files or content that violates the rights of others.
Job listings, edits, and moderation
We review job posts and may place new listings or edits into a pending review state. We can approve, reject, or remove postings that are misleading, unsafe, or violate these terms. We may also hide a company from discovery to protect users. Moderation decisions are made to keep the marketplace safe and useful.
Applications on Hired3
For internal applications, you can submit an email, resume (PDF), cover letter, and answers to application questions. We store applications so employers and candidates can track status updates. If you apply without signing in, we create or link a Hired3 account to the email you provide so you can view your application later.
For external or email applications, Hired3 provides the link or address supplied by the employer. Any data you submit through that channel is governed by the employer's policies.
Profiles, preferences, and saved jobs
You can create candidate or company profiles, save jobs, and set preferences like job alerts, weekly digests, and default search filters. Candidates can choose whether their profile name and links are shared with employers alongside applications.
Payments and paid tiers
Hired3 offers paid listing tiers such as Highlighted and Pinned, processed through Stripe Checkout. Prices, durations, and included features are shown at checkout. We store transaction identifiers and listing tier information for billing records and support. Fees are non refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
- No scraping, bulk exporting, or republishing of listings without written permission.
- No spam, phishing, or deceptive practices.
- No attempts to bypass security controls or access private application data.
- Respect intellectual property, privacy, and confidentiality.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Hired3 a non exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the service (for example, showing your job post or company logo). Our branding, UI, and editorial content are protected and may not be reused without permission.
Termination and account deletion
You can delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes your posts, applications, profiles, saved jobs, and preferences from our database. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.
Disclaimers
Hired3 is provided on an as is basis. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, job availability, or uninterrupted service. Employers and candidates are solely responsible for decisions made through the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hired3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or hiring outcomes. Some jurisdictions limit exclusions, so this may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws where we operate. Disputes will be resolved in those courts unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as Hired3 evolves. We will update the date above when changes go live. Continued use of Hired3 means you accept the updated terms.
