Hired3 connects Web3 teams with qualified candidates. The platform focuses on clear job posts with defined scope, compensation (when shared), seniority level, and direct application steps. No account is needed to browse or apply.

Sectors covered include protocol development, decentralized finance (DeFi), Layer 2 networks, wallets, infrastructure, AI/ML, data engineering, trading, security, and operations.

The site is remote-first in nature — most listed roles are remote, though on-site and hybrid positions are also supported. Jobs can be filtered by ecosystem (Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin), work model, seniority, and tags.

## Posting Plans

Companies choose from three tiers when posting a job:

- **Standard** — $100 per job. 30-day listing visible in search and category pages. Includes tags, location, pay, and choice of apply method (link or email).
- **Highlighted** — $200 per job. Everything in Standard plus boosted position, highlighted styling, company logo, and higher search visibility.
- **Pinned** — $300 per job. Everything in Highlighted plus pinned placement at the top of relevant lists, a pinned badge, and custom brand color.

All plans allow editing or closing a post at any time.

Beyond job listings, Hired3 publishes:

- **Blog** — Weekly articles on Web3 hiring trends, career advice, resume writing, compensation analysis, and how to break into crypto roles.
- **Glossary** — 270 Web3 and crypto terms defined in plain English, covering protocol, DeFi, security, and infrastructure terminology.
- **Salary guides** — Web3 pay ranges by department (engineering, product, marketing, sales, design, operations, finance, HR, legal, support, community, security) broken down by seniority and region.
- **Market statistics** — Live data including Hired3 platform stats, Bitcoin dominance, Fear & Greed Index, and top 25 crypto prices with returns over multiple timeframes. Sourced from CoinGecko, updated every five minutes.
