We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to embed with the dev team, writing test scripts, breaking things before users can, and making sure our CI/CD pipeline catches regressions early. No bloated QA cycles, just quick iteration and reliable shipping.

What you will do

Test Automation

• Build & Maintain Tests: Write and maintain automation tests that catch bugs before they reach production.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate test coverage into our CI/CD pipeline to catch regressions early on every deploy.
• Collaborate with Devs: Work alongside developers to improve code testability and expand test coverage.

QA Strategy

• Define & Improve: Help shape and refine our QA strategy as we scale.
• Break Things First: Find edge cases and failure modes before users do.
• Exploratory Testing: Jump into manual/exploratory testing when needed to validate new features or tricky flows.

About you

Professional Experience

• 3–5 years of automation testing experience: You have solid experience building and maintaining automated test suites in a production environment.
• Startup Mindset: You thrive in fast-moving teams where you ship quickly, iterate often, and own your work end-to-end.
• Timezone: You’re based in the GMT/CET/CEST timezone.

Domain & Technical Knowledge

• Testing Tools: Experience with tools like Selenium, Pytest, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
• CI/CD Experience: Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions or other CI tools.
• Scripting Ability: Comfortable writing test scripts in Python, JavaScript, or whatever gets the job done.

Skills & Competencies

• Debugging Instincts: Strong problem-solving skills; you can dig into failures, trace root causes, and fix issues efficiently.
• Developer Collaboration: You work effectively alongside developers to improve testability and catch issues early.
• Fluent level English: Able to communicate easily both verbally and in text with your colleagues.

The "Unicorn" Traits (Bonus Points)

• Crypto/Payments Experience: Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem or payment processing is a plus.
