We’re looking to bring on a Data Scientist / Data Analyst who is passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights. You’ll build out and own our analytics infrastructure end-to-end.

Creating dashboards, implementing tracking across the user journey, scaling A/B testing, and providing the objective, data-driven results that guide product and business decisions across the company.

What you’ll do

Product Analytics & Tracking

• Analytics Infrastructure: Design and build comprehensive tracking across the full user journey, enabling week-over-week, month-over-month and year-over-year comparisons across KYC, transactions, speeds, connections, and conversion rates.
• Conversion Funnel Analysis: Define, instrument, and monitor granular conversion funnels; order created vs completed, iFrame loaded vs order created, KYC started vs completed, SOF required vs completed, and more.
• Objective Reporting: Provide objective analytics for review by relevant teams to improve visibility into user drop-off points, transaction speeds, success rates, and overall platform performance.

A/B Testing & Experimentation

• A/B Testing Framework: Evaluate and operate an A/B testing tool to support data-driven product decisions across the platform.
• Experiment Design: Design statistically sound experiments, define success metrics, and analyse results to drive conversion rate improvements.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering leadership to prioritise experiments and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Dashboard & Reporting

• Analytics Dashboard: Build and maintain a centralised analytics dashboard that surfaces key product and business metrics for stakeholders.
• Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines to feed dashboards and reports with accurate, real-time data.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc data requests from leadership and product teams, delivering insights that directly inform strategic decisions.

About you

Professional Experience

• 3+ years in a data analyst or data scientist role: You have hands-on experience building analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and deriving insights from complex datasets.
• SQL Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for querying, transforming, and analysing large datasets. Experience with PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Python or R: Proficient in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and modelling.
• A/B Testing & Statistics: Solid understanding of hypothesis testing, statistical significance, confidence intervals, and experiment design.
• Dashboard & Visualisation Tools: Experience building dashboards with tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Grafana, or similar.
• Timezone: You’re based in the GMT/CET/CEST timezone.

Skills & Competencies

• Product Mindset: You think beyond the numbers and understand how data insights translate into product improvements and business outcomes.
• Clear Communicator: You can distil complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-Starter: You work independently, identify what needs to be measured, and proactively surface insights without waiting to be asked.
• Fluent level English: Able to communicate easily both verbally and in text with your colleagues.

The “Unicorn” Traits (Bonus Points)

• Crypto / Fintech Experience: You understand the crypto ecosystem, payment processing, or fintech analytics; conversion funnels, on/off-ramps, transaction flows.
• Data Engineering Experience: Familiarity with ETL pipelines, data warehousing, or event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, Airflow, dbt).
• Machine Learning: Experience applying ML models for prediction, segmentation, or anomaly detection in a product context.
